Applications are not approvals
Submitting information does not guarantee approval, a specific amount, APR, fees, payment schedule, term, or funding. Any available terms depend on eligibility, verification, underwriting, applicable law, and the agreement provided to you. The agreement and required disclosures control.
Accurate information and direct review
You agree that information you submit is truthful, complete, and current. You authorize Besteos to assess and handle your application and to verify identity and information relevant to your application as disclosed at the applicable step. Besteos reviews applications, communicates with customers, and provides support directly. We do not sell, refer, or route applications to other financing businesses.
Electronic communications
Where permitted by law, you agree to receive applicable notices, disclosures, agreements, and records electronically. Electronic-record consent is separate from SMS consent.
Optional text-message consent
SMS consent is optional, unchecked by default, separate from required legal acceptance, and not a condition of any purchase or service. You may submit an application without it.
