Effective September 18, 2026. Besteos Customer Care Messages is the first-party, transactional SMS program operated by Besteos LLC. Besteos collects consent directly and sends these messages itself. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Program messages
After an optional opt-in connected to a submitted application or account, messages may include application receipts, application-status updates, document or information requests, account notices, security or servicing updates, and customer-service replies. They are not a condition of any purchase or service.
Consent and enrollment
Enrollment is available through the application form when the optional SMS checkbox is shown, and through the public opt-in page for an existing Besteos application or account. The checkbox is separate from required legal acceptance and is unchecked by default. You may submit an application without selecting it.
Frequency and rates
Msg frequency varies, up to 5 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply under your mobile plan. There is no separate Besteos charge for program texts.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel. We send one automated cancellation confirmation and immediately suppress further program messages unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for help, use our contact form, or use the communication preferences page. No single method is exclusive: you may use any reasonable method to revoke consent.
Eligibility and carrier notice
Enrollment is limited to U.S. subscribers who are 18 or older and are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number. The program supports participating U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and participating MVNOs. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier and network conditions.

Privacy
